FAQs

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF MY CGC MEMBERSHIP?

The primary benefit for members of CGC is access to unlimited, discounted holiday/vacation ownership weekly accommodation throughout the world.   Discounts are achieved by CGC through its association with the Classic Group of companies, strategic alliances and global partners.

Access to accommodation outside the holiday/vacation ownership network is sourced through various channels and pricing differs based on time of year, duration, property quality and other factors.  CGC's buying power ensures members will generally have access to the best available rates.  All requests are subject to availability.

WHAT IS THE TERM OF MY MEMBERSHIP?

CGC membership runs on an annual basis. Continuing membership is conditional on the payment of the applicable Membership Fee for the following year.

CGC Member Agreements are in writing and CGC does not assume responsibility for any verbal agreement.

DO I HAVE ACCESS TO TRAVEL SERVICES?

CGC members will soon have access to our in-house licensed Travel Agency, IYC Travel Pty Ltd, which will give members access to preferred rates for travel services such as air fares, cruises, car hire, hotels, tours, transfers and travel insurance.
